About St Antönien and surrounding

The old mountain village of St Antönien is centrally located in a side valley of the Prättigau valley,between Landquart and Davos, in the Kanton Graubünden. In the north the Rätikon massive marks the border with Austria, with the Sulzfluh as most significant peak. In this wall the only klettersteig or via ferrata pitch of Graubunden can be found. Further to the east is the Silvretta group with its glaciers and peaks over three thousand meter.

The area is especially reknown for the many outdoor opportunities like walking, mountainbiking and kayaking in the summer and (tour)skiing, sledge riding, langlaufen en snowshoe walking in the winter. The famous ski pistes of Davos and Klosters are in short range. And nearby several small but nice ski pistes can be found.
